STRET TEACHER TOOLKIT 2

STRET TEACHER TOOLKIT 2

STRET TT 2 is the second phase of the "Students Today Responsible Entrepreneurs Tomorrow – Teacher Toolkit'' project, with a primary goal of increasing the competencies of teachers. This initiative revolves around developing a competency framework and guidelines to support their growth, emphasizing innovative approaches to entrepreneurship education. STRET TT 2 aims to empower teachers to excel in teaching small-scale business ideas, managing student companies, and instilling values related to social entrepreneurship, corporate social responsibility, and philanthropy. It goes beyond traditional teaching methods, offering teachers the opportunity to co-create curricula, implement various educational activities, and benefit from international experiences to boost their motivation and creativity

The project also emphasizes the incorporation of digital tools and digital learning into the educational experience, both for teachers and students. The project aims to promote a pedagogically-led digital transformation in the classroom, encouraging student reflection through digital technologies, thereby enhancing independent learning and critical thinking. This approach aims to boost students' confidence, self-awareness, and motivation through engaging, interactive, and youth-friendly methods. The SELFIE platform aids teachers in evaluating their readiness for the digital age and identifying areas for improvement.

Collaborating with schools, NGOs, and policymakers, the project seeks to establish a consortium that will pioneer new educational curricula for social entrepreneurship, corporate social responsibility, and philanthropy in high schools across the European Union (EU) and Western Balkans (WB). This effort promotes cross-sectoral and cross-curricular cooperation to further enhance teacher development through competence-based teaching practices and raise educational standards in partner schools.

More broadly, the project aims to assess and validate the essential competencies of school personnel and enhance internal educational policies and practices. Teachers will participate in various training sessions to refine their teaching methodology, become proficient in the Dig.Comp.Edu platform, and engage in the creation of competency framework guidelines. Job shadowing and international mobility opportunities will introduce new teaching approaches from diverse countries, increasing sharing and learning among the partners.
