Empowering Educators: The Fourth Final Event held by Scoala de Valori
On February 8, 2025, Școala de Valori hosted the STRET2 Multiplier Event at the OTP Bank Foundation in Bucharest, bringing together educators eager to explore social entrepreneurship, digital skills, and financial education in the classroom. The event aimed to provide teachers with practical tools and methodologies developed within the Erasmus+ STRET2 project, fostering innovative approaches to entrepreneurship education.
The day began with an introduction to Școala de Valori and an overview of STRET2 activities, followed by interactive sessions designed to encourage collaboration and knowledge-sharing. Participants engaged in a getting-to-know-each-other game, setting the stage for deeper discussions on how entrepreneurship can be integrated into the curriculum. A key session focused on identifying teachers’ needs for effectively incorporating entrepreneurial education, highlighting challenges and solutions.
A hands-on component allowed participants to simulate activities from the STRET2 Intellectual Outputs (IOs), experiencing firsthand how these resources can be adapted to different learning environments. The event concluded with a discussion on next steps, outlining how the developed tools can be implemented in classrooms to enhance students’ entrepreneurial competencies.
As a bonus, another STRET2 dissemination event was held on February 14, gathering teachers and coaches for application sessions on digital skills, financial education, and social entrepreneurship. One participant reflected on the experience, stating, “I had a great time—the atmosphere was relaxed, even though many new and serious topics were discussed. The trainers were extremely kind and friendly. I met great people and shared valuable experiences.”
Through engaging discussions and practical applications, both events reinforced the importance of entrepreneurial education and provided educators with concrete strategies to make their lessons more dynamic and future-oriented.
